Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Your order will be e-mailed to our sales office and checked for availability.
We will then contact you to confirm delivery date.
We accept ALL major Credit and Debit Cards including American Express.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. In the case of a change of price, or out of stock item we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable or advise of delivery dates expected.

Why should I create a Wish List?
You'll be able to keep track of the items you really want, or share them with friends so they'll know just what to get you for that special occasion.
Just like a wedding list, you can select any of the items from our range and add them to your Wish List. Then your friends and family can buy items directly from your list to ensure that you receive the items you really want and don’t end up with three baby monitors!
How do I add an item to my Wish List?
Simply choose and click on the product you would like to add to your Wish List and click on 'add to Wish list' located underneath the 'add to basket' button. This will take you to your Wish List with the new product added to it. Click 'save changes' and your Wish List will be updated.
How do I delete an item from my Wish List?
Log in to your Wish List and you will see your list of products – you may delete an item.
How do I purchase from a Wish List?
Log in to your friends Wish List and you will see the list of items – simply select your chosen item by clicking on the ‘add to basket’ button. Enter your payment details.
How do I search for Wish List?
You can either enter your friends name or email address to search for their Wish List.
How do I update my Wish List?
You can login to your Wish List at anytime and add more items or delete items you no longer require.

- Eden & Eve only ship to the mainland United Kingdom via our website.
- If you are interested in our products and wish to order from outside the UK, please email us, we will be happy to provide a price for shipping to non-UK residents.
- Eden & Eve charge a one off competitive shipping charge of £3.95 for UK orders up to a value of £50.
- All UK orders over £50 include Free Shipping.
- We will advise of any additional delivery charges if applicable.
- We can offer assembly, installation and removal of all packaging materials, on some furniture items – we will advise on order confirmation.
Delivery Schedule
- Orders are normally despatched for a next working day delivery
- However, Eden & Eve will endeavour to meet your requirements with each order.
- As our products are often sent as gifts at the birth of a child we understand the need to arrive 'on time'!
- Please indicate when you need your order and to where the order should be shipped.
Back Orders
- If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm the delivery and we will back order for you if required.
- You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
VAT Charges
- Eden & Eve are not VAT registered, no VAT is applied to the ordering price, and for orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, no VAT is reduced from the price.
Credit Card Security
They are not held in clear text on any web site.
